Suicide Prevention

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-273-8255. Since its inception, the Lifeline has engaged in a variety of initiatives to improve crisis services and advance suicide prevention.The Afterschool Alliance is dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for more afterschool investments to ensure that all children have access to affordable, quality afterschool programs.
